General Terms and Definitions

In this document, "dbji", "we", "us" or "platform" refers to the dbji.cam website and all services associated with it. "User", "you" or "member" refers to any person who has created an account on dbji or is using its services.

dbji is an online betting and casino platform that provides cricket betting, slot games, live casino and other gaming services for users in Bangladesh. These terms have been drawn up in accordance with the applicable laws of Bangladesh.

Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, where applicable.

Bonus and Promotion Terms

dbji offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has its own terms, which are stated clearly.

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit of up to ৳5,000. To claim this bonus:

• Once the bonus is activated, the wagering requirement is 10x (deposit + bonus).
• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳2,000 bonus. The total of ৳3,000 must be wagered 10 times, meaning you must place ৳30,000 in bets before withdrawing.
• The wagering requirement must be met within 30 days of the bonus being credited.
• Winnings from bonuses can be used for betting; they are not directly withdrawable until the wagering requirement has been met.

General Bonus Policy

• Each user may use each promotion a maximum of one time.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless specifically stated otherwise.
• dbji reserves the right to cancel any bonus or change its terms.
• Bonus abuse, such as claiming bonuses through multiple accounts, is subject to strict penalties.
• Some games may not contribute to bonus wagering, or may contribute only partially.

Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and game sessions on dbji are conducted in a fair and transparent environment. We use software from accredited game providers to ensure fair play.

General Betting Rules

• A bet that has been confirmed cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, the affected bet may be voided.
• In cricket betting, if a match is cancelled or incomplete, bets will be settled in accordance with the prevailing rules.
• The result logs stored on the game provider's server are final for all game outcomes.

Prohibited Activities

• Placing bets using bots or automated software.
• Gaining a betting advantage through multiple accounts.
• Using or attempting to exploit any technical vulnerability in a game.
• Attempting to influence game outcomes by colluding with other users.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.

VIP Program Terms

dbji's VIP program has four tiers. Each tier provides weekly cashback and special benefits.

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback and a dedicated account manager.

VIP tier upgrades are determined based on a member's activity and loyalty. dbji reserves the final right to grant, change or revoke VIP membership.

Cashback is calculated on net losses each week and credited to the account on Monday. There is no wagering requirement for cashback withdrawals — it is available for direct use.

Account Suspension and Closure

In any of the following circumstances, dbji may temporarily suspend or permanently close a user's account without prior notice:

• If any provision of the terms and conditions is violated.
• If false identity or information is provided.
• If evidence of operating multiple accounts is found.
• If fraudulent or suspicious financial activity is identified.
• If evidence of underage use is found.
• If the user submits a self-exclusion request.

Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your account at any time through our support team. Please withdraw any remaining eligible balance before closing your account. Any unused bonuses will be cancelled upon account closure.
